Environmental Justice in Tech Blueprint

This year, Earth Hacks and an amazing group of organizations worked together to create the environmental justice in tech blueprint, a review/report/resource focused on both reviewing the current landscape of environmental justice projects (and lack thereof) in tech, as well as drafting recommendations, imagining what future projects could look like, and identifying harmful practices to avoid.

For this very first blueprint, we began with a few focus areas: Geospatial and Remote Sensing, Conservation Technology, Computer Science and Software Engineering, and Energy.

The blueprint is now open for public review. Please check out the report using the link below, and comment your thoughts and questions on the document directly! This feedback will be incorporated into the document and commenters will be included in the report acknowledgements.
